Indigenous Watchdog User Survey 2024

Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.

The mission of Indigenous Watchdog is to deliver relevant quality information on Indigenous issues to educate, inform and ultimately transform the dialogue between Indigenous and non – Indigenous Canadians into ACTION.

Ultimately, the main question asked is: “Is Reconciliation advancing or not, and if not – why?”

First of all, thank-you for agreeing to participate in this user survey. Your input and guidance will help ensure that Indigenous Watchdog (IW) fulfills the above mission statement by delivering a site that is easy-to-use, easy-to-navigate and effective in creating a positive and engaging user experience.

The current Indigenous Watchdog website has been tracking and reporting on how the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s 94 Calls to Action have been progressing since February 2022. In that time, there have been two major upgrades to the site to improve the over-all user experience around navigation (August 2023) and search (September 2024).

The enhancements were designed to make the site easier to use and more efficient in helping users find the information they were looking for. Now, we would like to determine how effective those changes have been and what else we can do to improve your experience in interacting with the IW site.
