World Energy GH2 and Horizon Maritime welcome Chief Mi’sel Joe as Strategic Advisor and Director

NationTalk: St. John’s, NL, Canada – World Energy GH2 and Horizon Maritime are honoured to welcome Chief Mi’sel Joe to their teams. Chief Joe will become a Director on the board of Horizon Maritime, and is joining World Energy GH2’s senior leadership team as Strategic Advisor, supporting Indigenous, government and community relations for Project Nujio’qonik.

Chief Joe retired earlier this year from his role as administrative chief of Miawpukek First Nation, and continues in his capacity as Saqamaw (traditional chief).

Miawpukek Horizon Maritime Services Ltd. is a company that evolved from a relationship between Horizon Maritime Services Ltd. and Miawpukek First Nation that started with the recruitment and development of First Nations seafarers.
